5. Cookies used on the Site
5.1 First-party cookies
The Site uses first-party cookies that are strictly necessary for its operation. These cookies do not allow individual browsing to be tracked for advertising purposes.
5.2 Analytics cookies (self-hosted PostHog)
The Site places audience-measurement cookies via a PostHog instance self-hosted in France. These cookies analyse browsing behaviour and Site performance in aggregate. No advertising or targeting cookie is placed.
Subject to the same prior consent and via the self-hosted proxy posthog.tailorlead.io (anonymised IP address, no advertising cookie), the Site also runs: session recording with masking of all form fields (no input or password is captured), aggregated heatmaps, web performance measurements, technical error tracking, and occasional satisfaction surveys. Session recordings are retained for 30 days.
5.3 Third-party cookies
When you use the appointment-booking module (Calendly), it may place its own cookies. These cookies are governed by Calendly's privacy policy.
