Site accessibility.
Statement issued on 30/05/2026
Aumetis is committed to making www.tailorlead.io accessible to as many people as possible, in line with the spirit of the RGAA (the French public-sector accessibility standard, Référentiel général d'amélioration de l'accessibilité) and with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1, level AA).
This statement covers all public pages of the site. It will evolve as further improvements are made.
1. Conformance status
The site is in partial conformance with the RGAA. No full conformance audit has been carried out by an independent third party to date, so we make no claim of full conformance. The measures and known limits described below reflect the real state of the implementation.
2. Accessibility measures in place
Several provisions were built into the site to make it easier to use:
Motion and animation
The site honours the “reduce motion” system preference (prefers-reduced-motion). When it is enabled, entrance animations, page transitions and smooth scrolling are turned off, and content is shown in its final state.
Keyboard navigation
- +A “Skip to content” link is provided at the top of the page, visible on the first tab.
- +Interactive elements have a visible keyboard focus indicator (
:focus-visible). - +The mobile menu keeps focus while it is open and returns it to its trigger on close; the Escape key dismisses the panel.
Structure and semantics
- +Heading hierarchy and landmarks (
main, nav, footer) structured for assistive technologies. - +Decorative elements, notably the 3D renders and ambient visuals, are hidden from screen readers (
aria-hidden). - +Text contrast targets level AA on light and dark backgrounds alike.
3. Known limits
Despite these measures, some limits remain and are the subject of ongoing improvement:
- +The 3D visuals and certain ambient animations are purely decorative; they have no text equivalent, as they carry no informative value.
- +The interactive demo embeds a third-party service (appointment booking) whose accessibility is not entirely within our control.
- +As the site has not undergone a full RGAA audit, isolated non-conformities not yet identified may exist.
4. Feedback and contact
If you come across an accessibility issue that prevents you from reaching content or a feature of the site, you can report it to us. We will do our best to provide a response and, where possible, an accessible alternative.
Report an accessibility issue
By email: contact@tailorlead.io
Please indicate the page concerned and the nature of the difficulty you encountered.
5. Means of redress
This procedure applies in the following case: you have reported an accessibility issue to the site operator that prevents you from reaching content or a service, and you have not received a satisfactory response.
You may write to the Défenseur des droits (the French Defender of Rights), refer the matter through the online form, or contact the Défenseur des droits delegate for your département.
6. Updates to this statement
This statement will be updated as the site evolves and as future accessibility checks are carried out. For our data security and sovereignty commitments, see the Security & sovereignty page.
