TailorLead is a software platform for analysing, structuring and generating reports, relying notably on artificial-intelligence technologies, intended for strictly professional use.

The Solution notably enables:

• +the automated structuring and enrichment of that data
• +the production of analytical, sector, financial or strategic reports for informational purposes

The Solution in no way constitutes:

• +a financial, legal, tax or regulatory advisory service
• +an inducement to invest
• +a personalised recommendation
• +an autonomous decision-making tool

4. Intellectual property

Aumetis holds or benefits from the intellectual-property rights covering the Site and all of its components, including without limitation: text, databases, algorithms, methodologies, software, analysis models, generated reports, graphics, logos, trademarks, trade names, domain names, interfaces and structures.

Any reproduction, representation, adaptation, extraction or exploitation, in whole or in part, of the Site or any of its elements, without the prior written authorisation of Aumetis, is strictly prohibited and constitutes an infringement of intellectual-property rights.

The hyperlinks on the Site pointing to third-party sites are provided for convenience. Aumetis exercises no control over those sites and disclaims any responsibility for their content, accuracy or availability.

Any link to the Site is subject to the prior written authorisation of Aumetis.

In the course of using the Site and the Solution, personal data may be processed, notably when it is drawn from public sources (e.g. executives, beneficial owners, legal representatives).

8. Limits of the Solution : no warranty

Nature of the data

The data processed by TailorLead is public, drawn from open databases, or supplied by third-party providers.

Aumetis in no way warrants the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, regulatory compliance, or the economic or financial relevance of the data used or returned.

Artificial intelligence

The Solution relies in part on artificial-intelligence technologies that may produce approximate, incomplete, erroneous or non-contextualised results (« hallucinations »).

The user expressly acknowledges these technological limits.

Use and user responsibility

The sole purpose of the Solution is to assist the user in their analyses. The user remains solely responsible for the interpretation of the information, its verification, its use, and the decisions taken on its basis.

The Solution in no way replaces professional judgement, an independent human analysis, an audit, or specialist advice.

9. Limitation of liability

Aumetis may in no event be held liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage arising from:

• +the use of, or inability to use, the Site or the Solution
• +investment, financing, divestment or M&A decisions
• +financial losses, loss of opportunity, loss of profits, loss of data
• +or any indirect, intangible or consequential damage

The liability of Aumetis is expressly excluded for any use of the Solution for decision-making purposes.

10. Modification of the Site

Aumetis reserves the right to modify these conditions at any time and without notice. The new conditions take effect as soon as they are published on the Site.

Aumetis may also, at any time and at its discretion, modify, suspend or remove any element of the Site. The version currently online is the only enforceable one.

11. Governing law and competent jurisdiction

This legal notice is governed by French law.

Any dispute relating to its interpretation or performance falls within the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, unless a mandatory legal provision states otherwise.
