TailorLead grew out of a field observation: in advisory and in M&A alike, sourcing is still done by hand. A collection of Chrome tabs, a registry export, an Excel file that ages faster than anyone can keep it current.

Two of the three founders spent years in finance and advisory; the third has been building data and applied AI for five years. We started the company to answer something we had lived, not a pitch deck. The founding conviction fits in one sentence: sourcing and origination in France deserved a tool built for the work, and built to last.
